BRIAN BURKE

Brian Burke has been an attorney for the last 10 years and his practice is focused on consumer protection laws, especially lemon law.  He is licensed in California, Illinois, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, but focuses his practice in California.

Brian is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association,
the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association, on which he's served on the Commercial Litigation Committee and the Consumer Law Committee.

Brian is the author of the following article, published in Defense Counsel Journal:
