Brian,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your legal team for all your expertise and support in resolving my computer dilemma.

I have to say that when I started to look into the possibility of making a lemon law claim against this very reputable PC manufacturer I was skeptical about how much effort it would take on my part win my case.

As you know the computer that I owned had suffered the same major electrical problem numerous times, every time it failed in addition to having to return it to the manufacturer I was faced with cost of having a third party recover and then re install all my hard drive data because the manufacturer would not take responsibility for this task. I considered the computer a lemon but made no progress trying to negotiate directly with the manufacturer to get a replacement. The company’s customer service representatives seemed so confident that they were right and the made me feel like an unreasonable customer.

I have to say that I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the claim and the speed at which it was resolved on my behalf.
I was surprised that on all it took from me to get this claim on track was short phone interview & collection of the related documents.

I can't thank you enough for all your help on this...
its so nice to have that saga in my life over...
and now I have the money to put towards starting a family... yay!

Dear Attorneys,

I was really getting upset and desperate when transmission was replaced on my car for the second time. I am not a litigious person, and I did not want to file a lawsuit. When I heard about a pre-litigation program at your firm, I was surprised.

My name is Holly Healy and I leased a 2004 Nissan Armada Sports Utility Vehicle for myself and my family. We spend half of the year in South Florida and half of the year in Illinois.
